We were required to convey a message to the consumer that was not erroneous and biased, and that focused on the operation of the sector, its regulation and secure shopping platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>What did we do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We created various press releases filled with newsworthy facts about the secondary market for online ticket sales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We developed press releases in order to provide real information about the secondary market that also included concerns of malpractice across the sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We chose an approach that diversified the media used to introduce ANATIC and organised interviews for comms about the resale of online tickets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What results were obtained?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We secured an interview through <strong>El Pa\u00eds<\/strong> with the president of ANATIC.
